Where We Started

We didn’t come to insurance by accident. Our founder, Mauricio Reyes, has spent more than half of his life in this industry earning a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance before building nearly two decades of experience helping real people navigate real coverage decisions. He opened FH Insurance with a clear purpose: to give Atlanta’s Spanish-speaking community access to quality insurance guidance delivered by someone who understood their needs, their language, and their lives. What started as a mission to serve one community grew into something broader. Over time, our client base expanded across cultures, backgrounds, and industries but the foundation never changed. Every person who walks through our door or picks up the phone deserves the same thing: an agent who listens, explains things plainly, and finds coverage that actually fits.

What We Do Differently

We are not a call center. We are not an online form with a chatbot on the other end. We are a local agency where human interaction is the point, not an afterthought. Mauricio and his team invest in getting to know every client not just their policies, but their circumstances, their goals, and the risks they may not have thought about yet. That relationship is what allows us to offer better coverage recommendations over time, proactively catch gaps in protection, and be someone you can actually call when something goes wrong. FH Insurance is a full-service independent agency serving personal and commercial clients throughout the Atlanta metro area. On the personal lines side, we write auto, home, renters, recreational vehicle, and motorcycle coverage. For businesses and contractors, we offer commercial auto, general liability, workers’ compensation, and surety bonds a specialty that sets us apart from most independent agencies in our market. We also handle SR-22 filings for clients who need them quickly and without hassle. As an independent agency, we work with a broad panel of carriers — including Progressive, Geico, Travelers, Kemper, and others giving us the flexibility to find the right fit for each client’s coverage needs and budget.

Our Community

FH Insurance was built in Atlanta, and Atlanta is who we serve. Our bilingual capabilities fluent service in both English and Spanish allow us to reach clients who are often underserved by larger agencies and online-only providers.
